Pool Entry System
The 3 pools are now fitted with timer locks, in the winter it will be 8am to 9pm and in the summer it will be 8am to 10pm the alarm will go off at 9pm and 10pm respectively but it will give you 15 minutes to get everything together so you can leave

2023-02-22 Water is Switched Off!
Please Note:
The water is off on the urbanisation for 3 hours as they are repairing a leak outside.
Please take note of the swimming pool times
ALL pools have a cut off time of 8,O’Clock during the winter months as some people were in the pool at 11.30 last night and the rules and times are quite clearly seen on the board, many thanks, Jay

Register to Vote - Information Schedules
PIOC are pleased to announce that we are holding "clinics", to inform local residents about how to register to vote in the municipal elections in 2023.
The venues and times are as follows:
Monday - SPORTS BAR (Playa Flamenca Centre) 2.30pm
Tuesday - EMERALD ISLE (La Florida) 11am
Tuesday - DI STEPHANOS (La Zenia) 2pm
Wednesday - LIME BAR (Via Park 3) 2pm
Thursday - RUMOURS (Citrus Centre) 3pm
Friday - LEESON STREET (Rioja Centre) 11am
You won't have a choice if you don't have a voice!
Registering to vote isn't as complicated or scary as you may think, and we will be on hand to guide you through the process.
Our aim is simply to help everyone who has the right to vote registers before the deadline which is 15th January 2023 for non-EU residents and 31st January 2023 for EU residents.
On behalf of everyone at PIOC, we of course thank all the venues who have kindly set aside the time and space to facilitate these public information drop-in clinics.

Please be aware of potential intruders on the community
There was an intruder on the urbanisation last night, I don’t think this is the first time they have got in as Yvonne and Roel encountered him a few nights ago posing as the man from Awuaservice but we are with Hydraqua, could you all be vigilant of any strangers on the urbanisation.
If you see a stranger and he looks a bit dodgy please call the police

Dog fouling
It has come to my attention that someone is letting their dog foul in the street and not picking it up, this morning it is all down street 3, it is disgusting and definitely not acceptable as other people that don’t have animals are having to clean it up.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE SIGNS AROUND THE URBANISATION, PLEASE PICK UP YOUR DOG POO

Pool works
I have spoken to our pool man about the wobbly hand rail in the top pool and he said to fix it properly they will have to drain some water out of the pool, as the pool is still in use, we have decided to wait until end of Oct/Nov to do that but in the meantime they are going to try some silicone to steady it

Works being carried out on the urbanisation
We are sorry for any inconvenience but over the next few weeks we will be having work done on the manhole covers, re-tiling of the shower in pool 1 and floor tiles that are lifting in pool 1 and entrance from street 1 into top pool,
