Just to let you know that the AGM agenda, financial information and other relevant documentation will be emailed to all owners by our Administrator 2 weeks in advance of the AGM.
We will post here and on the website to let you know when the email has been sent.

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can ask the committee or another owner to vote on your behalf (by proxy). The proxy form will be emailed to owners as part of the AGM documentation.
Finally, please note that as per our community rules, any owner in arrears and appearing on the debtors list will not have the right to vote at the AGM. We encourage all owners to clear their debts in advance of the AGM.
