IMPORTANT: Pool Opening Times
It has come to our attention that some people are climbing over the walls to get into the swimming pool after 10, o’clock, this is against the rules of the urbanisation, I know it has been extremely hot recently but swimming pools close and lock at 10,o’clock, these people have been told twice now that they cannot use the pool after the cut off time, if there is a 3rd time we will have no alternative but to call Guardia Civil

Top Pool Closed
Good morning,
I am sorry to have to inform you that the top pool is closed and will be out of action due to someone pulling the wires out of the auto fill and breaking it and it is now under repair again at the community expense.
I cannot emphasise enough why anything under cover should not be touched, if there is a problem please contact myself or Maureen and we will deal with same

Notice from the president
Thank you so much to the disgusting girl/woman that left their used sanitary towel in the shower, at the big pool at the top, children use that pool and that is not something I would like my children to pick up.
Please take small bags with you and take it away, we do not have toilet facilities in any of the pools so not quite sure why you would be changing it in the pool area, so, in future please take your sanitary bits home with you

Pool area cleaning
Good morning,
As you may have noticed, we have someone to clean the pool areas, unfortunately there is a lot of chewing gum stuck to the floors, please dispose of rubbish in the bins provided along with chewing gum as it is hard to get off the floor

Pool 1 Is Now Open
This is just to confirm Pool 1 is now up and running!
Its Party Time!
The President, Vice President and Committee of Bosque de las Lomas 3 invite you to a street party on Saturday 27th May starting at 2pm in street 3 gate number 7
Food, drinks and music are free to all owners, if you would like to invite guests there will be a charge of €10 per person payable on the day.
Please let us know of any vegan/vegetarian requirements

Notice regarding the pools
On 25th March pool 1 will be drained half way to have the new steps put in and tiles repaired on 27th, the ladder steps from pool 1 will be fitted at the deep end of the top pool so the pool will be out of action for a few days.
It has also come to our notice that someone is interfering with the pumps in the pools, the pool man will set these and the heater and they must NOT be touched, I thank you for your cooperation
